Our Mission

Welcome to ivee, where we’re changing the way women return to work after a career break.

The inspiration for ivee came from a personal place — co-founders, sisters Amelia and Lydia Miller, started ivee after seeing their mum struggle to re-enter the workforce. She had to accept a position that undervalued her skills and paid less than she deserved, a situation all too common for women.

Our goal?
  • Prevent Salary Cuts
  • Stop Occupational Downgrades
At Our Core

“We saw the system failing women returners and knew we had to change it, ensuring their talents and skills are celebrated, not wasted.”

1

Connecting Women with Opportunities

At ivee, our core mission goes beyond merely filling positions; we actively connect women returning to work with meaningful job opportunities.
2

Tailored Training Programs

We offer specialised training programs designed to update and enhance the skills of women returners, ensuring they are competitive and job-ready.
3

Community Support

Recognising the importance of support, we connect returners with a community of peers, fostering a network of encouragement and advice.
4

Confidence Building

We focus on boosting the confidence of returners, empowering them to re-enter their careers at the level they deserve and have previously achieved.
5

Championing Diversity

Our mission is deeply rooted in recognizing the untapped potential of women and helping companies understand the immense value of diverse and inclusive teams.
6

Changing the Narrative

We’re dedicated to changing the narrative surrounding career breaks, supporting women in reclaiming their rightful place in the workforce without any compromises.
