our story
ivee was founded by sisters Amelia and Lydia Miller, inspired by their mum’s struggle to return to work after a career break.
They saw firsthand how broken the job market was – how traditional recruitment platforms excluded those restarting, pivoting, or returning to their careers.
ivee exists to change that. We’re here for everyone else: the skilled, experienced professionals who deserve a fair way back in.

March 2024Accepted in the London Techstars startup accelerator, best tech accelerator in London
July 2024Launched the first ever version of the ivee platform (hey, done is better than perfect 😅)
October 2024First ever ivee community event, we loved meeting everyone IRL!
January 2025Rapidly growing our community, hitting 40k members after 6 months
