1. About this page
We use a small number of third-party providers to run ivee. Each one that handles personal data on our behalf is listed here, along with what it does, what data it touches, and where it is located.
We publish this because transparency about your data supply chain is the right default, and because our business customers' data processing agreements require it.

2. What "sub-processor" means here
Where we act as a controller - for our own website visitors, programme participants and app users - these providers are our processors.
Where we act as a processor for a consulting client, these providers are our sub-processors for that client's data.
Either way, each one is bound by a written contract containing the terms required by Article 28 of the UK GDPR. They may only use the data to provide their service to us, they may not use it for their own purposes, and they must keep it secure.
3. Our current providers
3.1 Core service delivery
Anthropic PBC - provides the AI model that powers the prompt improver. Data: prompt text submitted by users. Location: United States. Terms: anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd - payment processing, invoicing, subscription billing, fraud prevention. Data: name, email, billing address, transaction data, partial card details. Location: UK, EU, United States. Terms: stripe.com/privacy.
Note on Anthropic: we use Anthropic's commercial API. Under those terms, inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models.
3.2 Communications and customer management
ActiveCampaign, LLC - marketing email, transactional email, audience segmentation. Data: name, email, job title, employer, engagement data, segmentation attributes. Location: United States. Terms: activecampaign.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Attio Ltd - customer relationship management, records of enquiries, clients and participants. Data: name, email, job title, employer, correspondence, enquiry context. Location: EU, United States. Terms: attio.com/legal/privacy.
3.3 Analytics
PostHog Inc. - product and website analytics, session recording. Data: usage data, device data, cookie identifiers, session recordings. Location: European Union. Terms: posthog.com/privacy.
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC - website analytics (Google Analytics 4). Data: usage data, device data, cookie identifiers, anonymised IP address. Location: United States. Terms: policies.google.com/privacy.
Analytics providers only receive data where you have consented through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.
3.4 Distribution
Apple Inc. / Apple Distribution International Ltd - distribution of the prompt improver through the UK Mac App Store. Data: Apple account identifier, download and purchase data. Apple acts as a controller in its own right for this data, not as our processor. Location: Ireland, United States. Terms: apple.com/legal/privacy.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK, principally in the United States. Where that happens we rely on one or more of the following safeguards, as Chapter V of the UK GDPR requires:
UK adequacy regulations, where they cover the destination - this includes the EU and EEA;
The UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses;
The UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified.
We complete a transfer risk assessment for each transfer and keep it on file. You may request a copy of the safeguards applying to a specific provider by emailing hello@ivee.jobs.
5. Providers we do not use
For the avoidance of doubt, we do not use:
advertising networks, ad exchanges or demand-side platforms;
retargeting or remarketing pixels;
social media tracking pixels;
data brokers, list vendors or enrichment services that acquire personal data without the person's knowledge;
any provider that trains AI models on our users' data.
6. Changes to this list
We will update this page whenever we add, remove or replace a provider.
If you are a business customer with a data processing agreement with us, we will give you at least 30 days' written notice before appointing a new sub-processor that will handle your data, so you have a reasonable opportunity to object. If you object on reasonable grounds, we will work with you to find an alternative, and if we cannot, either of us may terminate the affected services without penalty.
