How it works
We find the gaps first, then we fill them with function specific training.
Some people on your team are already fluent, others are still treating AI like Google Search. Before anyone sits in a session, we work out where that gap actually sits - a short survey, a look at what you've already licensed, and a read on what each function spends its time on and what can be automated.
The programme is built from that, rather than a fixed curriculum. Sessions run live, using your own tech stack, so what people practise in the session can be implemented immediately.
