ivee Membership: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your ivee Membership (“Membership”) and form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”, “you”) and Ivy HQ Ltd (“ivee”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By purchasing, activating or using your Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The ivee Membership provides members with access to career-development resources, including but not limited to:

  • Exclusive in-person events with recruiters
  • Access to new bootcamps (including AI skills training)
  • Community and networking events
  • Member-only Slack group
  • Networking programmes
  • Early access to selected job opportunities shared via Slack
  • Additional member-only perks and offers

The range of benefits and services available to Members may evolve over time. ivee may update, improve or modify the Membership from time to time. Any such changes will not materially reduce the overall value of the Membership.

The Membership is a digital service. Content and services are provided for general information and professional development only. ivee does not provide personalised career, legal, financial or employment advice.


2. Forming the Agreement

Your agreement with us is formed once your online order has been successfully submitted and accepted by ivee. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your membership invoice.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate and remains up to date.


3. Fees, Billing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Membership is charged at £9.99 per month, billed annually (£119.88 every 12 months). All fees are listed in GBP, if VAT is included it will be listed.

We may offer discounts, promotions or free trials for first-time customers. Any promotional pricing applies only to the initial term unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Billing

By purchasing a Membership, you authorise ivee (via Stripe) to charge your nominated payment method:

  • Immediately upon purchase
  • Automatically at the start of each new 12-month billing period

If we are unable to process payment, we may suspend or restrict access until payment is successfully collected.

3.3 Cooling-Off Period (Statutory Right)

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment.
During this period, you may cancel your Membership and receive a full refund, provided you notify us within the 14-day period.

After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, no refunds will be issued, except where required by law.


4. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial:

  • The trial begins immediately at sign-up to the trial.
  • At the end of the trial, your paid Membership will begin automatically, and the annual fee will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Your statutory 14-day cooling-off period begins on the date of payment, not at the start of the free trial.

5. Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel your Membership at any time.

  • If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after the cooling-off period, your Membership will continue until the end of the current 12-month billing period, and no refund will be provided for the remaining time.

Cancellation can be made through the Stripe customer portal located in your settings page when logged into the ivee platform or by contacting: [email protected]

A cancellation is only valid once confirmed by email by [email protected].


6. Member Responsibilities

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and current personal details
  • Maintain valid payment information
  • Use your Membership for personal, non-commercial purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.

ivee may suspend or terminate your Membership in cases of misuse, breach of these Terms, or unlawful behaviour.


7. Changes to the Membership or these Terms

We may update Membership features, fees or these Terms to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or business needs.

If a material change affects your Membership detrimentally, we will notify you in advance.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, events, resources and branding provided through the Membership are owned by or licensed to ivee.
Members may not copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any ivee content without express written consent.


9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ivee is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Membership.
  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid by you for your current Membership period.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and ivee’s Privacy Policy.
Payment information is handled securely by Stripe; ivee does not store full payment details.


11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
